Winter Solstice Yoga at Defiance Ridge Vineyards

Winter Solstice is a special time of year. Join Kathy Kessler, PT, LMT, RYT-200 on the yoga mat at Defiance Ridge Vineyards for a Fireside Yoga Practice, as we say good-bye to the darkness and shift to new light. The practice begins at 9:00 AM. It will include a gentle flow, restorative and yin yoga postures, with reflections, meditations, and breath work. We will complete the practice at 10:30 AM after a long pause in Savasana.
Each yogi will receive a glass of wine after the practice.
