Each virtual practice is 45 minutes and lead by Kathy Kessler, PT, LMT, RYT-200 with a combination of breath work, postures to build strength, flexibility and balance and education on alignment. The intention is to assist you in discovering your body in new ways, along with stillness and meditation.
