Join Dede Schreiner, RYT-200 and Mellisa Scaccia, RYT-200 for a unique themed experience to delight and nourish your body, mind and heart! Fireside, you will enjoy an all-levels 90-minute yoga practice followed by a glass of wine. Safe, hands-on adjustments and nurturing touch are offered to enhance your practice.

We invite you to join us for lunch and community with your fellow yogis directly following the practice. Come with family, friends or on your own! No yoga experience necessary.
