Reflexology is applied pressure to the feet or hands which are
reflected to an area of the body in order to increases circulation,
creates homeostasis and relieves stress.
CranioSacral Therapy Is a type of body work that uses an
exceptionally gentle touch to achieve profound results. The primary
aim is to enhance well being by releasing tensions and balancing
the craniosacral rhythm within the body.
Pre-natal and Post-natal Massage Pre-natal massage reduces
stress and relieves tension caused by physiological changes of
pregnancy. Post-natal massage focuses on restoring balance in
the body with emphasis on back, abdomen and pelvis.
Stone Massage During a therapeutic massage hot stones are
strategically placed on the client, in order to increase circulation,
decrease tension, and increase the flow of chi (energy).
Toe Pebbling The toes are massaged with hot pebble stones
which have been infused with essential oils, to stimulate
reflexology points and relax the body. The feet are then wrapped
with hot damp towels to allow relaxation and increase circulation.
While your feet soak, you will receive a neck and shoulder
massage. This session is completed with a relaxing foot massage.
Bodywraps Available in a rose body mud to refine and soften skin,
ideal for dry, delicate, weathered or aged skin or a seaweed algae
gel to detoxify and hydrate the skin. Both have a touch of
aromatherapy to relax and up lift the spirits. Your skin will first be
exfoliated to cleanse and refine to increase the effectiveness of the
wrap, then you will be wrapped, and lastly massaged with lotion or
oil.

or loved one. Two tables set side by side so you can relax together
in our duo massage room.
